I am going to give you my honest review of Dr. Jon Cohen’s Top Secret Magic Code. I liked what I saw on the sales letter, so I took the plunge. You can watch a video of the actual purchase here:
I have read through the 33 page ebook and will go back and study it more, because I do think there is value to be gained here.
First of all, Cohen claims in his sales letter that this is not Adsense. In other words, the “magic code” isn’t the snippet of Adsense code you get from Google and post on your site. While Adsense can add up to some decent money, this is generally worth a lot more on a per-click basis.
While this is not Adsense, it does involve advertising. I don’t think its fair if I give away the details, but I think its ok to say the money you will make is from advertising. This is also not a pay-per-click program, like MSN or Yahoo provide which are similar to AdSense. It is not “cost-per-action” or CPA, either.
From what I can tell, this would be very easy to begin to use, and to begin to see results from. The technical knowledge required is minimal: just know how to literally add a piece of code (which you will be given) to your webpages.
Will it work? I’m confident that it will.
I’d like to add one thing that Cohen doesn’t directly address, but alludes to. To get the biggest and best results, it would be good to have a high-traffic site.
If your site does not get as much traffic as you would like, he talks about some ways to increase it, including both free and paid methods. Cohen does not include a comprehensive treatise on traffic, so don’t expect that.
This product is for webmasters looking for a way to monetize their websites that is more lucrative than AdSense and the like. It is for those who don’t have a lot of time to spend working on their sites, and want to “set and forget.” That will work, again, when you are getting regular traffic. Otherwise, you should spend time increasing your visitor count.
Who is this not for? If you are a very experienced webmaster, already familiar with all the online advertising methods, and already making money successfully online, you can pass.
I believe that for most webmasters looking to begin or increase their results, this is a good buy. The price is reasonable for the knowledge you will gain.

Really cool review. No hype here.
Thanks for the info about traffic. I was thinking about that, as for any monetizing strategy, you need traffic and Dr. Cohen does not tell much about it in his sales letter.
Regards.

J.R. Jackson: No, the code is not the deadline creator. It is more about advertising.

Hmm…This very intriguing for sure and the way it is presented is almost “Too Good To Be True”. The bottom line is you still gotta promote, have or get more traffic to make this work. And this is what makes it the same old thing!

Paul, of course the product is being marketed and so it’s expected that the author would make the product seem too good to be true.
However, just as with any money-making method, there is work involved.
I do agree with you that it seems easier than it really is. That’s glossed over somewhat.
However, if you already have a high-traffic website, this method will work as advertised.
It’s getting your site’s traffic to that point that will take some effort.
